Are you ready to take the next step in your leadership journey within food manufacturing?

BE Campbell is seeking a passionate and driven Production Supervisor to join our team at Arndell Park.

Reporting to the Production Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our production operations, leading a team, driving performance, and ensuring our products meet the highest standards.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate production line teams to meet daily targets
- Support the Production Coordinator in managing people and performance
- Guide Line Team Leaders on WHS and QA compliance
- Monitor and improve yields weekly
- Collaborate with maintenance and supervisors to resolve machine issues
- Ensure all orders meet customer specifications

You’re a natural leader with a passion for quality and teamwork. Whether you're an experienced supervisor or a butcher ready to step up, we want to hear from you

You will bring:

- Proven leadership experience in food manufacturing (or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and safety focus
- Confident communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to change
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
