**Job Type**: Full-Time / Part-Time

Are you passionate about engines, racing, or mechanical work? We’re looking for a motivated **Junior Engine Builder Assistant** to join our team and grow into a skilled engine builder. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone early in their career who wants to learn the ins and outs of engine assembly, performance tuning, and shop operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior engine builders with engine disassembly and assembly
- Clean and organize engine parts and workspaces
- Prepare tools, components, and workstations for engine builds
- Perform basic measurements and inspections (training provided)
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Learn and follow quality control and safety procedures
- Help with shop maintenance and part inventory

**Qualifications**:

- Basic mechanical knowledge (automotive school or hobbyist experience is a plus)
- Working knowledge of computers is required to assist with engine build documentation, parts ordering systems, and technical reference materials
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Good work ethic and reliability
- Valid driver’s licence preferred
