**About the Position**:
- As our Loss Prevention Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing loss prevention strategies across all our sites nationally. You will work closely with our management team to identify areas of risk and implement effective solutions to mitigate loss and shrinkage.
- You will also be responsible for:
- Auditing our stores to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, ultimately preventing and minimising theft.
- Provide leadership and support to Loss Prevention and shrinkage management tactics.
- Leading the development of strategies for identifying risk and detecting fraud in all areas of the business.
- Implementing and maintaining strategies and controls to reduce product and commission line shrinkage across the business, including running the biannual physical stocktake program and being the main stakeholder liaison with our third party stocktake team.
- Developing, communicating, and monitoring Loss Prevention Action Plans, particularly across stores of concern.
- Reviewing and investigating high risk transactions including, discounts, refunds, voids, zero priced sales, employee discount purchases and returns and petty cash for any potential fraud, via analysis of transactional data base.
- Delivering awareness and risk prevention training sessions
- Leading with various business leaders to ensure the effective delivery of the Loss Prevention strategy, including reporting on any financial loss regularly following outcomes of stocktakes.We are looking for an experienced Loss Prevention Manager with a **minimum of **5 years** **experience in a retail loss prevention **leadership **role.** You will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and extensive knowledge of retail operations and loss preventative strategies.
You will also have:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven experience in auditing
- Strong time management skills and stakeholder management skills
- Strong team focus with a desire to share knowledge.
- Analytical - ability to produce, interrogate and interpret data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
