**About the Role**

Signature Care is growing and requires an additional full-time, Human Resource Manager to play a vital role in achieving the successful delivery of all parts of the employee experience.

Reporting to the GM Human Resources, your day-to-day responsibilities will include performance development and management, providing high-level advice on ER / IR-related matters, WorkCover, change management, contributing to developing policies and procedures, and coaching the site teams to success. Our residences are the top priority and we are looking for people who are passionate and work well within a team that supports our staff and residents' well-being and lifestyle.
- Manage all HR operations across our current sites including, but not limited to, Langwarrin (Vic) and Cardinia (VIC)
- Partnering with the business sites to deliver successful HR and change management programs and processes.
- Lead, mentor, and coach the Recruitment team framework to drive high performance
- Support current and future business needs through engagement, capability development, talent mapping, and culture
- Manage ER/IR issues and advise on workplace health & safety.

**About You**
- Degree qualified preferably in HR or business
- 5 years of experience leading an HR function or able to demonstrate a readiness based on background and experience
- Demonstrated understanding of contemporary human resources issues and knowledge of HR practices & employment law including workers’ compensation and WHS
- Extensive experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigation
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen, resilience and ability to navigate a changing environment, and a hands-on approach to being involved in tasks that will contribute to successful business outcomes
- High-level interpersonal skills with well-developed oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to learn software systems and achieve efficiencies with technology
- You will need the ability to travel to sites occasionally, including interstate (QLD, NSW & WA)
- Aged care or health care experience is highly desirable.
