**About the Role**

Signature Care is growing and requires a full-time Training and Development Manager to play a vital role in promoting a learning culture across its operations.

Reporting to the GM Human Resources, your day-to-day responsibilities will include
- Managing the Training and Development function across our current sites Langwarrin and Cardinia (Vic), Jimboomba, Narangba, and Maryborough (Qld)
- Work with commissioning teams to ensure successful orientation in conjunction with large-scale recruitment
- Engaging with training providers, developing opportunities for people to enter into a career in aged care through education, including traineeships,
- Developing resources and training aids.
- Partnering with the business sites to deliver successful training opportunities to employees
- Lead the development of a learning culture
- Support current and future business needs through engagement, capability development, talent mapping, and culture

**About You**
- Tertiary qualification in Learning and Development, and holding Certificate IV in Workplace Assessor and Training
- 5 years of experience in a similar role or able to demonstrate a readiness based on background and experience
- Established relationships with local Universities, TAFEs, RTOs, and Traineeship providers, and the ability to develop those relationships interstate
- High-level interpersonal skills with well-developed oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of contemporary Adult Learning practices
- Extensive experience in developing, assessing, and delivering workplace training
- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigation
- Demonstrated ability with software systems and to achieve efficiencies with technology
- Ability to travel to sites, including interstate (QLD, NSW & WA)
- Aged care or health care experience is highly desirable.
