**_About the Role..._**
As a front line customer support provider, you will manage software desk support for our many customers in the hire and rental industry. You will shine as a critical part of our customers’ experience. Your support skills, demeanor, positive attitude and commitment to quality will ensure that our customers continue to rave about us.

**_Experience & Qualifications:_**
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- You must be an exceptional customer service provider and have a genuine desire to help people
- Experience in the hire and rental industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in the use of hire or rental software such as Point of Rental or Syrinx will be very highly regarded. Alternatively, you must have demonstrated success using or supporting other products in a related industry

**_ In this role, you’ll get to:_**
- Monitor the support queue
- Test software issues by reviewing settings, data, etc.
- Troubleshoot errors by documenting steps to reproduce issues, research possible causes, and review likely solutions
- Escalate more difficult cases to Tier 2 support
- Route customer requests to the appropriate internal teams.
