We have an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Clinical_ Manager RN_, looking to make a real difference through their work specifically in the Happy Living Brand. Happy Living is a national Brand with over 2000 clients specialising into the CALD community with clients mainly from the Chinese, Korean, Arabic and Vietnamese communities. Mandarin language fluency (speak, read and write) is essential with the ability to speak Cantonese also, a bonus.

**So, what does the role entail?**

No matter your role with the myHomecare Group, you’ll play a key part in supporting our clients and their families. With us, you’ll become a true leader of Aged Care Clinical Requirements within the in-home care space - and we’ve got the comprehensive training and development tools to get you there. You’ll be responsible for:

- Lead and mentor a small Clinical Team and partnering with the Care manager community within Happy Living.
- Provide training and guidance in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Provide guidance, motivation, and support to the Clinical Team
- Complete Performance appraisals, monitor and provide feedback for Clinical Team members
- Auditing of clinical requirements for clients receiving homecare packages
- Foster a culture of transparent, effective, timely and appropriate communication.
- Provide oversight and collaborate on clinical care outcomes for our clients
- Monitor clinical risks and drive real time incident management for clients, particularly with deteriorating health conditions.
- Identify and provide insight on continuous improvement opportunities working closely with our Quality business partners and Risk Assurance teams.

**We are looking for a leader with**:

- Registered Nurse Qualification including a current unrestricted AHPRA Registration is essential with at least 5 years clinical experience - ideally in aged care.
- Strong leadership experience in fast paced environments, with a customer service mindset and collaboration approach to problem solving.
- Mandarin Speaking.
- Experience with CRM systems and Incident Management systems, with medium computer literacy skills and capabilities.
- Previous experience in managing an aged care clients and team members.
- Sound knowledge of the Age Care Quality Standards,
- The right to work in Australia.
- Current National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain
- Proof of Covid Vaccination.
- First Aid and Current CPR highly desirable.
