We are currently seeking a Clinical Care Manager to join our team at Regis East Malvern home on a full time basis.
**Duties & responsibilities for this role include**
- Promoting, encouraging and ensuring the implementation of continuous improvement activities in all aspects of clinical and lifestyle services.
- Ensuring all clinical documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordination and oversee all scheduled audits and clinical indicators are completed in line with the schedule.
- Ensuring all resident Health records and clinical documentation is relevant.
- Ensuring best practice guidelines with medications management is observed and regularly monitored.
- This position reports directly to the General Manager
**About you**
**As a collaborative and senior member of the Operations leadership team, with clinical experience within the aged care sector, you are required to have the following**:
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Knowledge and experience OR qualification in Gerontic nursing.
- Understanding or ability to learn the attributes of the Commonwealth Funding System in relation to AN ACC/ACFI.
- Ability to lead and manage staff in a clinical care setting
- Demonstrated understanding of the relevant Laws, Acts, Regulations, Charters and Codes of Practice.
