**How will I help?**

As Distribution Manager, you will love to pitch, network, and engage with clients through events and practice appointments. In this role, you will introduce new opportunities to the Panorama platform and identify new segments for distribution opportunities to BT Panorama. You will also manage pipeline and opportunities from initiation through to activation and co-ordinate activity, execute on strategy and deliver on net flow targets.

**What do I need?**

To be successful in this role, you will have sound understanding of the changing landscape of the financial services environment, practice management and will need to be self-directed to stay abreast of legislative and regulatory impacts on licensees, financial advisers, and their clients. You will possess a strong sales drive, be results oriented, have excellent negotiation skills and business acumen. Superior stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to deal with senior industry figures at all levels.
