Our client in the retail sector is seeking an accomplished
Distribution Centre Manager
to lead their established Melbourne business. This is a pivotal role with full accountability for warehouse and delivery operations, ensuring every process runs efficiently and every customer receives an exceptional experience.
The Opportunity

What You'll Do
- Lead all aspects of the Melbourne distribution centre: warehouse, delivery, and beyond.
- Design and embed effective systems, processes, and KPIs to drive productivity and cost efficiency.
- Optimise warehouse layout, space utilisation, and resource planning.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and seamless delivery operations.
- Recruit, develop, and inspire a motivated team with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement to support growth.
- Oversee P&L, reporting, and health & safety compliance with precision.
