**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and Execute Regional Distribution Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive regional software distribution strategy aligned with global objectives, considering market nuances, channel partner capabilities, and customer needs.
- Channel Partner Management: Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with key channel partners (resellers, system integrators, distributors) within the region.
- Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Track and analyze key distribution metrics (e.g., sales performance, market penetration, channel effectiveness) to identify areas for improvement and optimize distribution processes.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and deliver training, tools, and resources to empower channel partners and internal sales teams to effectively sell and distribute our software.
- Pricing and Licensing Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of regional pricing and licensing strategies to maximize revenue and market competitiveness.
- Logistics and Delivery Optimization: Oversee the efficient and timely delivery of software licenses, digital assets, and related materials to customers and partners.
- Compliance and Legal Adherence: Ensure all distribution activities comply with relevant regional regulations, licensing agreements, and company policies.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about regional market trends, competitor activities, and emerging distribution models to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Budget Management: Manage the regional distribution budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular reports on distribution performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in software distribution, channel management, or sales operations within the ANZ region.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful regional distribution strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of various software distribution models (e.g., direct sales, channel partnerships, SaaS, on-premise).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of the regional business landscape, cultural nuances, and regulatory environment.
- Experience with CRM and partner relationship management (PRM) systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.

- Experience with specific software distribution platforms and tools.
- Knowledge of cloud-based software delivery and management.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation strategies for channel partners.
- Project management experience.
