About the role
As our Property Coordinator for VIC, SA and TAS, you'll coordinate maintenance, facilities services, procurement, and compliance to ensure RACGP premises within these states operate efficiently and professionally. Reporting to the Regional Property Manager, you'll support national and regional property teams while engaging with tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
**As our Property Coordinator, you'll also**:
Administer building systems and tools, including the Robin booking system, Rapid contractor compliance, and Service Hub.
Oversee waste management, postal, courier, utilities, and general office support services.
Assist with the coordination of car park operations and security measures across allocated sites.
Contribute to WH&S compliance and the delivery of property-related projects and improvements.
Skills & Experience
Experience in property or facilities coordination
Strong organisational and admin skills
Ability to manage contractors and suppliers
Knowledge of WH&S and compliance processes
