As a **Management Consultant**, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping transformation journeys across industries. You’ll work within cross-functional teams to diagnose complex business challenges, design solutions, and deliver measurable results.

This role blends consulting fundamentals with emerging digital and AI capability. You’ll work directly with client stakeholders, contribute to strategy and delivery, and help build the capability needed to sustain change.

**What You'll Do**:

- _Consulting & Business Improvement_: Lead structured problem-solving and process-improvement initiatives to diagnose root causes, design future-state solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes that create lasting value for clients.
- _ Client Engagement_: Build trusted relationships through clear communication, empathy, and presence, facilitating workshops, leading discussions, and delivering insights that guide client decisions with confidence.
- _ Capability Development_: Strengthen client and team capability by coaching others, sharing learnings, and embedding new ways of working that ensure transformation outcomes are sustainable and scalable.

**What You'll Bring**:

- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- 4+ years’ experience in consulting or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to structure complex challenges and deliver clear recommendations.
- Proven experience in process improvement, operating model design or digital transformation.
- Excellent project and program management skills, with a track record of delivering outcomes in complex environments.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, including experience facilitating workshops and engaging senior stakeholders.
- Awareness of AI, machine learning and automation trends, with the ability to assess opportunities for adoption and translate technical concepts into business impact.
- Flexibility and willingness to work in diverse environments and travel as required.
