As a Consultant Records Management, you will support in defining and implementing target state processes and procedures for effective records management, aligned to NABs digitisation strategy. You will provide consultancy and coaching to the enterprise in relation to records management to enable NAB business units to identify risk and implement processes and controls to effectively manage their records.

- System and process analysis, risk and issue identification

**What you'll bring**

To succeed in this role, you will bring professional experience working in a similar Senior Data Engineer role coupled with the ability to work across large, complex projects and have the motivation to succeed in fast paced and at times ambiguous environment and have:

- Expertise in Business Classification Schemes and Record Retention policies
- Proven expert consulting and advice services relating to records and information standards, processes and system deployment strategies.
- Demonstrated experience maintaining a Records Asset Register
- Experience supporting the delivery of projects to develop and implement records management policies and manage digital records
- Ability to build relationships with a reputation for integrity, trust and confidence within the business, with stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively with peers across Master Data and Records Management team and wider teams to ensure operating rhythms and changes are embedded
