**OVA Consultancy Manager**
- Manage a dedicated team of CNCs
- Lead safety initiatives relevant to OVA across The Royal Melbourne Hospital
- Ongoing full time role
- The OVA Consultancy Manager provides operational leadership for the OVA Consultancy and Education team
- The role supports and guides the CNCs, engage with the Nurse Unit Managers, Department Managers, shift/ward leaders and the Security team to ensure RMH is a safe environment for our staff, patients, consumers and visitors.

**This role will see you**:

- Lead and participate in consultative and governance processes to improve and reduce OVA risk at RMH
- Engage and liaise with key stakeholders to implement the OVA strategy for RMH
- Support the OVA Consultancy and Education team to provide targeted education and training to increase capacity in the OVA response
- Provide day to day management of the OVA Consultancy and Education team, while offering opportunities for professional development

**About you**
- You are a Registered Nurse with acute hospital experience with a collaborative working style
- Demonstrated experience in managing a team and ability to respond to needs of management and staff
- Recognised as a successful leader in clinical services and ability to engage teams
- Well-developed interpersonal skills (written and verbal) and capacity to work both independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
