At United for Care, we empower people with disability to live independently and thrive in their communities. We provide a range of NDIS services including Supported Independent Living (SIL) in modern apartment-style home, In-home support, and Community participation programs.

About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and driven Community Engagement Lead to grow our services and strengthen community connections. This client-facing, pivotal role focuses on identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong industry relationships, and driving sustainable growth across NSW, covering Sydney, Newcastle, Central Coast, and Wollongong.

  • Build and maintain relationships with NDIS professionals & Support Coordinators, Allied Health Professionals, Mental Health Units, and other key stakeholders
  • Generate leads through cold and warm outreach
  • Identify new business opportunities, including potential partnerships, service expansion locations, and emerging industry trends
  • Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs
  • Represent United for Care at industry events and expos
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the NDIS and relevant funding models
  • Collaborate with Marketing to support sales and promotional initiatives

About You

  • Proven success in sales or business development, preferably in Health or Human Services
  • Knowledge of the NDIS Scheme and Disability Services
  • Motivated to pursue new business opportunities and make a meaningful impact
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, including experience in cold calling
  • Valid Driver's Licence and own vehicle
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing highly desirable
