**About the role**
An open opportunity for an enthusiastic Invoice Processinge Administrator to join a Non-For-Profit organisation who really make a difference to the lives of their customers and you will gain experience right in the heart of the organisation.
**This role will be initially on a short term contract basis (4 WEEKS) with potential for extension beyond this.**
**Key responsibilities**:
- Upload work order processing through Microsoft Great Plains
- Raises purchase orders
- Processes invoices on behalf of the property team and reconcile appropriately
- Ensures all relevant costs are captured accurately by property in our financial
systems
- Provides adequate administrative support to the Property Team.
**The successful applicant will have**:
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion and interest in the not-for-profit industry
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable and invoice processing.
- Strong relationship management skills
- Previous exposure to a customer service or site administration environment
