**Let’s chat about the gig, shall me?**

This role would be a perfect match for someone who has around 2-3+ years Paid Media experience under their belt (ideally agency side) and who views Paid Media as part of one of the levers that need to be pushed and pulled in order to get clients some red-hot results.

We’d like to think you’re someone who is no stranger to working in a Paid Media role preferably in agency land. You will need to be someone who lives and breathes Search + Social, is a real jet at all things paid, and who is strategically minded yet creative in your thought process.

You’ll be end-to-end in this role and account managing a really lovely handful of clients and executing some cool paid media campaigns (Google + Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterst etc.) so you’ll have lots of ownership, versatility, and opportunity to make your clients shine in this role.

We’d like to think you’re someone who always puts yourself in the customer's shoes and is confident in your client-facing skills. You get your kicks from seeing your clients win You’ll be working closely with your clients, providing them with insights and recommendations. Most importantly, you’ll ensure that whilst they may not understand the world of Paid Media and all of its intricacies, that they understand the journey and what to expect.

The best bit? This role is primed for you if you’re looking for a step up. There’s a beautiful roadmap for the right person to progress into a more senior Paid Media role overtime and you’ll find yourself working side by side with an awesome Paid Media Director right from the get go.

**You probably already know what a role like this entails, but I know y'all like dot points. So here goes**
- Around 2-3+ years experience in a hybrid Paid Media gig (ideally, agency-side), search + social, is your absolute jamDucking, weaving, strategising, and leveraging all of the ‘COOL’ paid media tools like Google Ads (obvs) or any of your personal faves that get the job doneHanging out a ton in Google Analytics, of course;Taking the lead on, and successfully managing your own portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and being innovative in your approach to strategy and paid media campaign execution across multiple performance channels/ platforms;Confident in providing ongoing optimisation of paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, as well as Pinterest and LinkedIn with a goal of taking an innovative approach and utilising the best platforms and strategies to drive ripper outcomes for your clients;Play a key role in improving acquisition and conversion rates for your clients, whilst driving lower cost per acquisition;Report on the performance of paid media campaigns that sit under your management; And
- Taking the utmost pride in building strong, long lasting, and meaningful relationships with your clients providing them with full confidence that you’ve got their back and that they’re in the best hands
