Gingerlilly Sleepwear is a luxury sleepwear brand known for its elegant, high-quality designs and commitment to delivering unparalleled comfort.

Are you passionate about performance marketing and hungry to drive measurable results? We're looking for a sharp, data-driven Paid Media Specialist to join our growing team and help scale our digital acquisition and retention campaigns across multiple channels. You will be responsible for planning and briefing campaigns, building and launching ads, while continually optimising performance. To support our fast-growing business, your goal will be to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website and new physical stores.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, and more
  • Own performance metrics across acquisition and retention (CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC, CTR, MER)
  • Collaborate with creative, product design team to deliver high-impact campaigns
  • A/B test messaging, targeting, creative and landing pages to improve funnel performance
  • Build and manage custom audiences, retargeting segments, and lookalikes
  • Monitor budgets, forecast results, and continuously refine bidding strategies to optimise results
  • Provide weekly reporting with insights and recommendations for growth
  • Stay ahead of industry best practice

Who You Are

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience running paid media campaigns (Meta & Google critical) within brand or agency environment
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into action
  • Excellent communication skills and collaborative, problem solving attitude
  • Experience with performance marketing tools (e.g., GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Klaviyo, Shopify, etc)
  • Must have apparel/fashion digital ads experience clearly demonstrating an understanding of retail industry cycles, seasonality and other variables impacting consumer buying behaviour
  • Naturally inquisitive with a focus on self-development to keep up to date with the latest platform updates, privacy regulations, and ad formats
  • Comfortable working within a small team and fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
