We are recruiting an Accounts Payable Officer who will provide effective and efficient accounts payable services; ensuring the timely payment of invoices and accounts. The role is responsible for preparing and reconciling monthly statement, reimbursing expenses and credit cards, investigating and responding to invoice and creditor queries and will provide profess and system coaching to leaders and employees. Y

**The Role**
- Ensure invoices and payment requests are processed correctly and efficiently and on time through Pronto and Redmap.
- Provide effective customer service to all customers, ensuring all invoice and creditor queries are investigated, resolved and communicated in a timely manner.
- Prepare Supplier statements and reconcile on a monthly basis with an emphasis on accuracy.
- Create new vendor accounts in Pronto.
- Manage weekly and adhoc payment runs.
- Process employee expense reimbursements.
- Maintain Supplier information.
- Provide coaching and support of employees on Accounts processes and Pronto and Redmap systems support.
- Provide adhoc finance and administration support as required.

**You will be considered if you can demonstrate..**
- Two years’ minimum experience in a similar capacity position.
- High levels of integrity and professionalism, a will to make a difference and an element of fun to join in our team.
- Proven experience liaising with employees and management on invoice and creditor queries.
- A passion for Innovation - excited about the opportunity to identify and improvements finance processes.
- Ability to meet deadlines and have outstanding accuracy and attention to detail
- Problem-solving, structured and systematic approach with enthusiasm, commitment and self-direction.
