Saint Ignatius’ College is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced sports administrators for the position of Sports Program Coordinator - Football. You will be a part of vibrant educational community which aims to provide students the opportunity to utilise their talents to make a difference in the community.

In addition to developing innate skills and talents, Riverview’s Co-curriculum Program helps young men to accept success and failure with grace and dignity, to work co-operatively with others and to use the qualities of each to contribute to the greater good of the community. Sport and other co-curricular activities are seen as key agents in the development of the whole person.

The Sports Program Coordinator - Football will be responsible for the day to day running of the football curriculum program in terms of student participation and coaching staff. The ability to form strong relationships with staff, parents and students is essential.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Demonstrate time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills and a capacity to develop a climate of trust and mutual respect with colleagues, students and parents
- Demonstrate effective team management and high-level leadership skills
- Hold relevant qualifications, License B Coach Accreditation at a minimum
- Demonstrate an understanding of and a commitment to the Mission and Values of the College
- Hold a current Working with Children Check and be committed to safeguarding and promoting the safety, welfare and well-being of children and young people
- Hold current First Aid and CPR certification
