**This exciting and unique position is a ‘roving’ Admin position with the opportunity to provide support to and work from various Hall & Prior NSW home locations. Must have ‘C’ Class Drivers licence and own vehicle.**
In this position you will be required to:

- Oversee the quality of administration in the homes
- Provide training and guidance to home administration staff as required
- Assist and support with general administrative duties
- Provide relief cover in homes
- Understand, navigate and provide support for system issues
- Assist Administration Manager in developing and implementing process improvements
- Provide support in documentation pack preparation and distribution to homes
- Deliver high standards of customer service to internal and external stakeholders at all times
- Assist in creating a workplace and team culture that is aligned with company Mission, Vision and Values

To be successful in this position you will possess the following:

- Minimum 2 years administrative experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of Customer service standards
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent attention to detail and well developed interpersonal skills
- High level experience in MS Office software, in particular Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A permanent resident or a current unrestricted visa to work in Australia
- ‘C’ class drivers licence and access to own vehicle
- NDIS Worker Check or willingness to obtain
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
