Job position**:Scheduling & Administration**
We are currently looking for a scheduling/administration officer full time Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm in Yarra Junction to join our scheduling team.
**Administrative and Rostering Officer**
Recovery Options is a boutique registered NDIS provider, set up to bridge the gap between large style corporate organisations and those wanting a more personalised service. With a main focus on providing disability and psychosocial disability services in the Yarra Ranges and surrounds, Recovery Options helps participants, and their families manage the physical, psychological, behavioural and social aspects of disability that can adversely affect clients and their families lives and health care outcomes.
Individuals most often have their own informal resources that counteract stressors, however when these resources are not available, are overwhelmed, or when a problem requires professional intervention, formal services such as Recovery Options are needed.

- social, vision impairment, autism, complex high care, behavioural supports and provides 24/7 and end of life care.
The position is responsible for providing a range of timely and accurate administrative support and rostering services that are designed to maintain the safety and independence of our participants
The position is the key point of contact for our participants, Support workers and is responsible for ensuring the rosters are maintained and updated for the best possible outcomes, reflecting the goal needs of the client.
This is a fast paced, phone based role that is integral for rostering Support workers to provide support in client’s homes and the community.
- Exemplary customer service delivery skills.
Strength in administrative and organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail relating to rostering and reporting
- Demonstrated experience as team player working positively to enhance team operations
Demonstrated ability to manage time and tasks effectively, working independently, in a fast paced environment
- Ability to provide continuous and calm service under pressure and manage competing demands
Systems capability in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite and rostering software packages.
Proven ability to adapt to various situations and changing priorities.
- Proven ability to assume responsibility and be self-directed and operate independently.
An appreciation of the immense value that diversity brings to communities.
- Proven ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to have and bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and contribute.

Key Performance Indicators
Rostering Support:
Provide quality customer service to our participants in the preparation of Support rosters including the administration of alterations, cancellations and leave arrangements
Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with participants, Support Workers and other service providers as required
Work with other Team Members, House Coordinators, Operations Manager and others to roster new clients as required
Liaise with support workers as required
Computer and Administration:
Be responsible for the weekly administration tasks.
Prepare and process support worker time sheets
Ensure appropriate and accurate data entry.
Provide best practice administrative support and customer service in relation to all care services as required
Highly developed verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Work in a team environment to maintain office and support systems
Participate in team meetings
Liaise regularly with team members to discuss participant and support worker issues, staffing resources and any issue that affects rostering
Communicate in a professional and respectful manner to fellow team members, other staff and participants at all times
Respond to and appropriately manage employee queries in regard to their rosters.
You may need to perform other reasonable duties which are not listed in this position description from time to time to meet our business and operational needs as requested by Executive management team.
