Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Loan Closer/Processor to manage the final stages of loan processing, from loan offer to settlement. You'll be responsible for chasing lenders, coordinating with solicitors, and ensuring all necessary documentation is in place to facilitate a smooth loan settlement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with Solicitors: Liaise with solicitors to ensure they have all necessary documentation and information to complete the loan settlement.
- Track Correspondence: Maintain accurate records of all communication with lenders, solicitors, and borrowers.
- Loan Settlement: Oversee the loan settlement process, ensuring all conditions are met and the loan is settled efficiently.
- Borrower Communication: Collect and verify borrower information to ensure a smooth settlement process.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in loan processing, loan closing, or a related field.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple loan files simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with lenders, solicitors, and borrowers.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in loan processing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in loan processing software and systems, with the ability to learn new systems as required.
- Proactive and Results-Driven: Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with lenders, solicitors, and borrowers.
- Organized and Efficient: Ability to manage multiple loan files and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Pay: $53,967.77 - $83,511.26 per year
