**About the job**

You will form a key part of the loan process in ensuring that loans are reviewed and processed within suitable time frames while working closely with the wider Operations team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Verify and validate that all regulatory and lending policies are adhered to
- Perform loan serviceability checks as well as identity checks and fraud detection and prevention
- Ensure compliance with NCCP, RG209, Privacy Act and AML/CTF
- Help contribute to process and policy improvements within the company operations

**About you**
- Experience in consumer lending is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in note taking
- Sound working knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements for consumer lending
- Highly organised and adaptable to change
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent phone manner and ability to build strong internal and external relationships
