Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Chase payment of processing fees from clients
- Prepare loans for settlement
- Communicate with underwriters and stakeholders to ensure timely loan processing

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in handling loan documents and loan processing
- Knowledge of loans and underwriting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Advantageous Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the finance or lending industry
- Relevant certifications or bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
- Organized and efficient
- Well-spoken and able to communicate effectively
- Experienced in loan processing and document handling
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
