**Operations Manager Medical | Drive Healthcare Excellence & Growth**

Are you a results-driven healthcare operations leader with strong business acumen? We're seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to oversee our expanding portfolio of medical centres and champion outstanding patient experiences.

**The Role**

Drive operational excellence across multiple medical centres while building strong relationships with GPs, allied health professionals, and clinical teams. As a newly created role, you’ll have the autonomy to review and shape operations, bringing a fresh perspective to optimise our systems and drive meaningful enhancements. You'll lead business growth initiatives, ensure compliance standards, and create positive workplace cultures that deliver exceptional patient care.

**What You'll Lead**
- Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring efficient workflows and optimal resource allocation
- Develop operational KPIs to enhance patient access and service delivery
- Manage budgets and drive strong financial performance across assigned sites
- Ensure RACGP accreditation and regulatory compliance

**Team Leadership & Development**:

- Lead and mentor administration teams and practice leads
- Build strong relationships with GPs, allied health professionals and nurses
- Collaborate with our other Operations Manager Medical for unified approaches and joint planning
- Drive workforce planning, recruitment and retention strategies

**Growth & Quality**:

- Develop and implement business growth strategies for your medical centre portfolio
- Partner with our Clinical Quality & Improvement Manager on continuous improvement
- Implement patient experience enhancement strategies and manage feedback systems

**What We're Looking For**
- 5+ years operational/practice management experience in healthcare
- Strong business development and practice growth experience
- Knowledge of Medicare billing, MBS items, and compliance requirements
- Proven budget management and financial performance success
- Outstanding people leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Results-oriented with strong commercial acumen
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between sites
