We are looking for a Junior Marketing Manager to join a thriving digital marketing agency located in Murarrie. Join Outsource2us an outstanding plugin marketing team that helps clients all around Australia tell their stories and build their brands. We are looking for a Junior Marketing Manager with at least 1 year of experience. This is a permanent full-time role with an attractive salary of $46,000 - $60,000 plus super depending on experience.

**Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Nurture and maintain relationships with clients
- Be ‘on the ground’ support for select clients around Brisbane
- Manage in-house fortnightly eDMs and social media presence
- Content management for SEO-based clients which includes content writing
- Social media management for clients
- Work with Marketing Managers to support larger clients
- Support with Digital Marketing Manager to manage Google and Facebook Advertising Campaigns
- Continuously staying up to date with the latest innovations in Social Media and Digital Marketing
- Have completed/studying a Bachelor in Marketing and Communications or similar
- Excellent communicator with strong written and analytics skills
- A team player who enjoys collaboration
- Able to multitask and take initiative
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- A good understanding of Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn marketing experience with making Stories and Reels is a bonus
- Basic WordPress content management is ideal but not necessary
- Intermediate content writing skills
- Great time and project management skills
