We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join a thriving marketing agency located in Murarrie. Join Outsource2us an outstanding plugin marketing team that helps clients all around Australia and New Zealand, to tell their stories and build their brands. Specialising in Childcare & Education, Manufacturing and Trade, IT, and Professional Services as well as the Health and Wellbeing Industries - Outsource2us offers a diverse range of strategic, marketing and creative skills.

We are looking for Marketing Manager with at least 3 years of experience. This is a permanent full-time role with an attractive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 plus super depending on experience. Bonuses are also part of the deal depending on performance.

**Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Nurture and maintain relationships with clients
- Developing client strategies and plans
- Be ‘on the ground’ support for select clients around Brisbane and virtually elsewhere
- Manage in-house fortnightly eDMs and social media presence
- Content management for SEO-based clients which includes content writing
- Social media management for clients
- Support of the Digital Marketing Manager to direct Google and Facebook Advertising Campaigns
- Continuously staying up-to-date with the latest innovations in Social Media and Digital Marketing
- At least 3 years of experience in the same or similar role
- Have completed/studying a Bachelor in Marketing and Communications or similar
- Excellent communicator with strong written and analytics skills
- A team player who enjoys collaboration
- Able to multitask and take initiative and manage projects
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- A good understanding of marketing strategies
- Content writing skills
- Great time and project management skills.
