Reporting to our Senior Marketing Manager, you should be an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with skills in customer journeys. You will be responsible for preparing and executing digital marketing campaigns with a proactive disposition. You will have an enthusiastic, team-oriented personality, and be approachable and adaptable. This role is working within a fun and fast-paced, collaborative team. An interest or experience in the Early Childhood sector is desired but not required. However, your passion for people will shine through and your desire to contribute to the company culture and overall effectiveness of the business should be evident.

**Day to day, you will**:
Implementing best practice processes within the CRM (Salesforce) and automation system (Marketing Cloud), ensuring data quality and customer journey outcomes.
Competently interact with pay-per-click (PPC) advertising platforms such as Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager to execute, monitor, measure and report on campaigns.
Launch greenfield centres to market and continue to drive their presence in the community once launched by providing segmentation insight recommendations.
Craft, execute and measure social media ads for optimal results.
Work with Google Analytics and Google Search Console, to refine SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and improve online advertising results across the business, including link building to drive opportunities on-platform to increase enrolments and applicants.
Maintain existing and develop new Salesforce and Marketing Cloud journeys, both SMS and eDM communications and provide reporting.
Review and maintain the Website via WordPress and digital support agencies.
Maintain and report on the marketing budget.
Provide ongoing reporting on marketing activities for continuous improvement.
Work closely with marketing peers and the Graphic Design team.
Adhere to and be a brand champion.

**Experience & skills required**:
Bachelor's Degree Qualified in Marketing or similar and/or with at least 4 - 5 years working in a similar role.
A strong sense of business acumen and digital execution expertise is a must.
A high working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and general computer skills are essential.
Exceptional interpersonal skills both written and verbal, with a high attention to detail.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills including the ability to time manage, priorities, produce work of high quality and consistently meet deadlines.
Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and Brandwatch is desirable.
