A new opportunity exists for an Operations Officer (Deceased Estates) to join us and support BOQ Group during our transformation journey, on permanent full-time basis. As a Operations Officer in our supportive banking treasury and market operations team, you will be responsible for processing all requests including finalising estates and transferring funds while providing a high level of customer service. This will also include maintaining compliance procedures in accordance with set policies and performing administrative tasks.

Reporting to the Team Leader of Banking Services, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders including solicitors and branch teams, as well as clients and counterparties - this means there is a lot of great learning

As a confident team player, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment while always seeking to learn new things. You will also have the willingness and ability to adapt with on-the-job training. You are an empathetic and understanding individual who strives to provide the best possible customer service experience to all clients.
