**Job Summary**

We are looking for a **Production Team Lead** to oversee and participate in day-to-day production activities in our warehouse. This role requires a motivated, practical individual who can lead by example, organize workflows, and support a team of six in a dynamic, hands-on environment. You’ll be working directly on production tasks while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across the team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and lead daily production activities on the warehouse floor
- Actively participate in production tasks, including batching, pouring, labelling, and packing
- Monitor workflow and adjust team tasks as needed to meet production deadlines
- Ensure product quality standards are maintained across all stages
- Provide hands-on training and support for team members
- Assist in checking settings, operating, our tailored manufacturing equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area
- Collaborate with management to improve processes and meet output targets
- Help manage inventory of raw materials and supplies

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a production, workshop, or warehouse setting (preferably small-batch or artisanal)
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Willingness to work hands-on and lead by example
- Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and maintain a safe working environment
- Comfortable with manual tasks and physically active work
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Passion for quality craftsmanship and a good eye for detail

**Desirable**
- Experience in similar field
- Familiarity with some manufacturing process
- Basic inventory or supply chain knowledge
