**About the Role**

This newly created hybrid role reports to the Leading Hand is responsible for:

- Supporting the Leading Hand in day-to-day production office duties, including planning of the work flow in our cylinder manufacturing cell and work order processing;
- Performing assembly and testing of pneumatic cylinders; and
- Other duties associated with manufacturing (such as simple cutting and machining operations; and periodic maintenance of tools).

**About You**

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and experience:

- Previous experience within a similar position (at least 1 year)
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Intermediate computer skills (JDE & Microsoft Office)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings
- The right to work in Australia
