Dacelo Engraving is Australia's leading supplier of engraved dies, silk screens and flexo plates for the print finishing industry.

We're based in Rowville and have a small, friendly team that takes pride in high-quality work and attention to detail.

We're looking for a reliable and motivated Production Operator to join our workshop team.

No experience is needed and full training will be provided, you just need a good attitude, steady hands, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll be doing

  • Learn chemical etching and silk screen making processes
  • Assist in the operation of CNC engraving machines
  • Handle materials, prepare jobs, and maintain a clean workspace
  • Help with general production duties as required

What We're Looking For

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Good attention to detail and pride in quality work
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Basic reading, writing, and measurement skills
  • Experience in factory, print, or machine work is helpful but not essential
