O'Brien Electrical & Plumbing Rowville specializes in providing LED Lighting and Solar products to business customers. The products we offer to our customers are market-leading in a RED HOT industry. We are priced very sharply and can do so due to our large buying power - there is a huge opportunity to close massive amounts of sales.

TEAM LEADER POSITION

  • We are after an experienced Team Leader that understands the Business to Business

    Market and Door to Door sales.
  • The role requires the successful applicant to organize

    territory, coach, and mentor staff while growing staff and sales numbers.

The successful applicant must have:

  • Leadership and door to door sales experience
  • Strong understanding of how to allocate & manage turf
  • Strong ability to build a high performing culture
  • Strong sales & coaching ability
  • Strong ability to recruit quality sales staff
