**The Role**
As one of our Sales specialists, you will be responsible for consulting with **hot** and **warm inbound** leads from parents; listening to them, finding out their goals and matching them with the right education pathway. Based in Head office in Kogarah. Parking provided.

**About You**

The successful applicant must possess the following:

- At least 2 years **of phone-based sales **experience
- Great knowledge and experience in sales pipelines
- The ability to reach KPIs
- Successfully manage a pipeline of warm leads with outbound calls
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent knowledge and experience in marketing lead generation processes
- Sound knowledge of social media marketing
- General knowledge of the education system
- Background in teaching is a huge bonus
- A strong drive for personal achievement and success
- Build immediate rapport with parents/leads with high conversion rate
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft office, CRM etc)
