About the Role

As a **Relationship Manager**, you’ll bridge the gap between Lumus Imaging and healthcare providers, ensuring our services are known, trusted, and valued. You’ll drive growth in the region by:
- Developing and strengthening relationships with new and existing referrers.- Promoting Lumus Imaging’s services to GPs, specialists, and allied health professionals.- Delivering targeted marketing and education initiatives to increase awareness.- Identifying business opportunities and generating quality leads.- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.- Tracking competitor activity and providing insights to inform strategy.

About You

We’re looking for a confident and community-minded professional who enjoys engaging with people and driving business growth. You’ll bring:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Experience in relationship management, healthcare engagement, business development, or sales.- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.- Familiarity with the Kogarah and Maroubra healthcare communities (highly regarded).- Comfort with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite.- A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally.
