About the Role

As a Relationship Manager, you'll bridge the gap between Lumus Imaging and healthcare providers, ensuring our services are known, trusted, and valued. You'll drive growth in the region by:

  • Developing and strengthening relationships with new and existing referrers.
  • Promoting Lumus Imaging's services to GPs, specialists, and allied health professionals.
  • Delivering targeted marketing and education initiatives to increase awareness.
  • Identifying business opportunities and generating quality leads.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Tracking competitor activity and providing insights to inform strategy.

About You

We're looking for a confident and community-minded professional who enjoys engaging with people and driving business growth. You'll bring:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in relationship management, healthcare engagement, business development, or sales.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Familiarity with the Kogarah and Maroubra healthcare communities (highly regarded).
  • Comfort with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite.
  • A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel locally.
