About the Role
As a Relationship Manager, you'll bridge the gap between Lumus Imaging and healthcare providers, ensuring our services are known, trusted, and valued. You'll drive growth in the region by:
- Developing and strengthening relationships with new and existing referrers.
- Promoting Lumus Imaging's services to GPs, specialists, and allied health professionals.
- Delivering targeted marketing and education initiatives to increase awareness.
- Identifying business opportunities and generating quality leads.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Tracking competitor activity and providing insights to inform strategy.
About You
We're looking for a confident and community-minded professional who enjoys engaging with people and driving business growth. You'll bring:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in relationship management, healthcare engagement, business development, or sales.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with the Kogarah and Maroubra healthcare communities (highly regarded).
- Comfort with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite.
- A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel locally.
