Due to exciting internal promotions we are looking for a Disability Support Services Manager to oversee and actively lead the delivery of seamless innovative, transformational, quality services to people with disability, their families and carers. This role will work closely with other Division Managers and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of services and commitment to the provision of services that reflect evidence-based best practice. The Support Services Manager will provide strong leadership in building, implementing and operating services and programs for people with a disability. This highly valued and influential role is important to our business. As such we are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has:

- Experience in leading a successful division and/or business functions within the community sector ideally within NDIS
- Expertise managing disability support services including home and community support service programs
- Ability to lead a team to deliver high-quality services in a competitive environment
- Knowledge and exposure to NDIS and other funding models and sound understanding of relevant legislations and acts pertaining to individuals with disabilities
- Strong business skills and commercial acumen with the capability to drive business growth including achieving results, targets and identifying opportunities for growth, addressing gaps in the market and current issues impacting the sector
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearances and Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
- Current and unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence with access to own vehicle with relevant car insurance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative and inclusive approach

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
