**About the Role**:
The Operations and Inventory Coordinator’s responsibility will be to plan, execute and report on all aspects of inventory management to maintain optimum warehouse usage, efficiencies, and inventory accuracy. You will ensure day to day inventory functions are completed within KPI expectations

Key responsibilities:

- Manage inventory using a customised inventory management software (ERP)
- Act as the key communicator amongst departments
- Coordinate and manage all relevant procurement documents such as purchase orders and pricing specifications
- Coordinate allocations and maximize efficiency for products allocated to projects
- Maintain and update inventory records and generate reports on procurement activity to meet organisational compliance requirements
- Ensure all orders and correctly submitted and received within agreed upon time frames
- Coordinate bookings for installation teams for commercial clients
- Minor office management tasks

**About You**:
You are naturally analytical, have strong computer skills with an ability to identify and assess other software, systems and processes. You are operations focused, always looking at ways to improve our systems and processes.

In addition, you have:

- 2-5 years’ experience within an inventory 3PL environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel abilities
- Confidence to produce meaningful reporting to the larger business when needed
- SAP experience will be beneficial (not essential)
- Ability to analyse problems and strategize for better solutions
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to look at processes and challenges holistically to achieve the best possible outcome for the business
