We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Concrete Batcher to join our team at our Epping plant.
About the Role
As a Concrete Batcher, you'll be responsible for coordinating and producing concrete to specification while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the plant. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality, safety, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Batching concrete in line with specified mix designs and customer requirements
- Managing raw material inventories and ordering as needed
- Allocating trucks to jobs and coordinating with drivers
- Supervising and supporting plant staff and drivers
- Overseeing basic plant maintenance and ensuring the yard remains tidy and organised
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in the concrete industry preferred
- Previous batching experience highly regarded
- Front-end loader operation experience advantageous
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team environment
