**Store Manager - Don Don Dumpling (Epping VIC)**

Don Don Dumpling is a fast-growing Asian fast-food restaurant specializing in dumplings and delicious Chinese dishes. We are currently seeking a **reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Store Manager** to lead our team and oversee daily store operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and is passionate about food and people management.

**Responsibilities**

**Team Leadership & Training**
- Supervise, motivate, and support front and back-of-house team members.
- Train and onboard new staff on store procedures, food safety, and service standards.

**Scheduling & Staffing**
- Create weekly rosters based on business needs and staff availability.
- Manage shift changes, absenteeism, and ensure adequate staffing coverage.

**Inventory & Ordering Management**
- Monitor stock levels, manage supply orders, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and minimize waste.

**Customer Service & Issue Resolution**
- Ensure smooth day-to-day service and handle customer feedback or concerns professionally.
- Lead by example to deliver friendly, efficient, and consistent service.

**Store Operations & Cleanliness**
- Oversee opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure all cleaning and safety checklists are completed daily.
- Maintain compliance with hygiene, food safety, and OH&S standards.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hospitality or retail store management is strongly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
- Must be proactive, reliable, and passionate about team success.
