PERSOLKELLY are currently seeking 2 new team members to join the finance team in Payroll and Accounts Payable roles. Our client is a Swedish manufacturing company, based in Blacktown with excellent team culture. Both roles are ongoing temp to perm.

**Payroll**
- Assist in checking weekly payroll time-sheets/hours
- Assist with processing payroll x180 employees (wkly and monthly) using the ADP system, ensuring that all records are updated
- Create new employee profiles in the payroll system and liaise with HR where required

**Accounts Payable**
- Assist in maintaining AP Register
- Check, process and payment of creditor invoices
- Match purchase orders to supplier invoices
- Enter supplier invoices in the Accounting System

**About You**
***
To be successful in the role you will have:

- Ideally min 2 years end to end Payroll experience
- Some Accounts Payable experience an advantage
- ADP system experience highly regarded
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to assist team members
- Positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail
