Accounts Payable Associate
- We are looking for an Accounts Payable Associate to join our Sydney team. You will be part of an energetic and close-knit team supporting our Pan Asian operations.

In this role you will:

- Prepare and pay the eft runs (eft runs and one-off eft’s)
- Perform daily cash reporting and cash management
- Download and code daily bank statements
- Advise vendors of payments
- Manage payments of cheques and international TTs
- Prepare legal and professional fee schedules
- Prepare audit confirmations
- Manage foreign currency reporting
- Organise funding rewires from MLs for payroll and operating expenses
- Update the Fixed Asset register and manage filing of invoices
- Enter payments into our General Ledger and reconcile the bank accounts
- Review expense reimbursement claims by receipt and associated fx conversion calculations
- Petty cash reconciliations
- Set up new accounts in our general ledger for vendors
- Ad hoc duties as and when required

**What we're looking for**

- Previous experience in a full function Accounts Payable role
- High attention to detail
- High computer proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
