**About the Role**

We’re looking for an Education Program Designer to lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative learning experiences within Professional Practice. This role ensures that educational content is learner-centric, technologically advanced, and continuously improved based on data and customer insights.

Operating in a member-centric, data-informed, and agile environment, the Educational Designer collaborates with program teams, service and UX designers, educational technologists and digital learning specialists to enhance learning effectiveness and accessibility.

As an Education Program Designer, you will:

- Design frameworks and guidelines to ensure high-quality, contemporary learning experiences.
- Prototype and iterate online courses, ensuring they align with learner needs, industry standards, and best-practice pedagogy.
- Embed data-informed decision-making, leveraging learner analytics, program feedback, and industry insights to optimise course effectiveness.
- Collaborate with IT and Digital Learning teams to ensure learning technologies are intuitive, accessible, and seamlessly integrated.
- Support and train facilitators, educators and program teams, building capability in contemporary learning design and technology adoption.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in digital learning, gamification, adaptive learning, and AI-driven education tools.
- Drive change management initiatives, helping teams transition to new learning methodologies, tools, and platforms.
- Champion continuous improvement, ensuring learning experiences remain engaging, flexible, and responsive to evolving learner expectations.

- Balance creative and technical skills, designing interactive, engaging, and visually compelling learning experiences.

- Experience in learning design and educational development, with expertise in instructional design methodologies.

- Expertise in blended learning methods, integrating video, podcasts, quizzes and webinars.
- A data-driven mindset, leveraging analytics and learner feedback to refine courses.
- Change management experience, helping teams adopt new digital learning tools and strategies.
- Experience working in regulated sectors, such as education, healthcare, or professional accreditation.
