If you’re looking for an opportunity to shape impactful digital solutions and enhance member engagement, this role is for you

Working in a member-centric, data-informed, and agile environment, you will collaborate with product managers, service designers, educational designers, and developers to create meaningful digital interactions that enhance usability, efficiency, and overall experience.

As a UX Designer, you will:

- Lead UX design initiatives, ensuring all digital experiences align with best practices in usability, accessibility (WCAG), and interaction design.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis, using insights to drive evidence-based design improvements.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs, using tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, and other industry-standard platforms.
- Develop journey maps and personas, capturing user behaviours, motivations, and pain points to guide design solutions.
- Test and experiment with UX methods, ensuring iterative design improvements based on user feedback and analytics.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including the Innovation Team (service design, product management, and educational design), to co-design and test new ideas for product and service enhancements.
- Work closely with IT, Digital Learning and Program teams, ensuring UX solutions are feasible, scalable, and seamlessly integrated into digital platforms.
- Embed UX best practices into agile development workflows, ensuring continuous learning and iteration in digital product design.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
