Our Member & Advice business unit exists to champion the customer by delivering exceptional outcomes and is made up of Member Engagement, Member Care and Financial Advice & Education.

Our Member Care Teams focus on customer service involving case management, complexity or specialist work and aim to deliver enhanced end-to-end care for members, complainants, and our external financial adviser channel.

**The role
Your role will also include, however will not be limited to
- Staying current with emerging technologies, industry trends, vendors and best practices
- Representing Acurity in technical and non-technical change management activities

**About you
With a functional understanding of Acurity, you will not only understand how the systems features work, but more importantly how its capabilities enable business value. You will be resilient, capable of navigating roadblocks and have strong conceptual, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Your experience will also include,
- Strong stakeholder management
- An ability to understand business requirements, and ensure they will meet business objectives
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines without compromising quality outcomes. Demonstrated experience in Change Management practices.
