**About us**

Wintringham is a specialised non-religious not-for-profit welfare organisation. We are committed to providing older people who are at risk or have experienced homelessness with a range of high-quality care, housing and services. We employ more than 1,000 staff across Victoria and Tasmania

Our Head Office provides the strategic direction and support services for Wintringham’s residential, housing and community care services.

**Your** new role**

**Other responsibilities and duties will include**:

- Support Wintringham to achieve its strategic IT goals by managing Enterprise Applications.
- Monitor and action system upgrades, system maintenance, and disaster recovery processes to ensure high availability and business continuity.

You will be supported by our Head of IT and other members of the IT Team (consisting of an Infrastructure, Applications/BI, and IT PMO team) as you find your feet in organisation.

**What we’ll require from you**
- Prior experience in a similar role, Vendor Support/ Consulting, or IT Consulting role.
- Excellent problem-solving aptitude & ability to think on your feet.
- Exceptional communication skills (Written and Verbal)
- Strong hands-on technical expertise with a range of technologies such as - ‘Off-the-shelf’ Enterprise Applications in a Microsoft environment
- SQL Server, Reporting Services, and general reporting skills that could be applied to different technologies
- IT (Application) Security
- Exposure to Aged Care or NFP, and Epicor, LeeCare, Riskware, or PayGlobal products would be advantages
- A readiness to learn new technologies as required.
- Ability to liaise with staff at every level of the organization
