
Payroll and Human Resources Coordinator

- Based in Southern end of Adelaide’s CBD hours available.
- 1 full-time role across HR & Payroll or 2 separate part-time roles

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Payroll:
- Process fortnightly Payroll end to end for 180 team members
- Handle accounts including inter-entities allocations
- Input payroll items and perform account reconciliation
- Reconcile corporate cards
- Manage the general ledger input and balancing for various locations
HR & Recruitment
- End to End recruitment for the organisation
- Employment contracts
- Employee onboarding and inductions
- Coordinating the Employee Engagement Survey
- Implementation of new processes/procedures and Fair Work compliance processes
- General HR queries
- HR administration and record keeping
**‘What you look like’ and need to demonstrate to be successful’.**
- 3+years’ prior experience in a similar payroll and/or HR coordination role
- Experience coordinating end to end recruitment processes
- Understanding of rostering and FTE budgets/reporting
- Knowledge of and proficiency in interpreting modern awards
- Payroll experience utilising MYOB
- Previous experience using Wageloch or other timekeeping system, desirable
- Possess intermediate to advanced skills across the Office suite of products including Word, Excel, Publisher, Power Point and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and high degree of accurace
- Previous exposure to the Pharmacy or Retail industry would be advantageous
- The organisation is also looking at implementing a HRIS so any HRIS experience viewed favourably
