**About the job**

The Payroll Data Entry Officer is primarily responsible for entering payroll related data, which enables the Coordinator Payroll and Payroll Officer to deliver a customer experienced focussed, accurate and timely payroll service to the Organisation.

We want a self-motivated, passionate, and highly professional who enjoys interacting with people to provide high levels of customer service. To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate numerical and literacy proficiency and possess excellent communication skills.

Organisation, time management and a keen eye for detail are key to success in this role. With legislative requirements affecting almost all aspects of the role, you will need to be able to carry out your duties in accordance with these requirements and with confidence and accuracy.

Working in payroll environments involves strict compliance requirements and time constraints, therefore you will need to be able to work quickly and accurately under pressure.

**About the team**

You will be well supported by a small team of highly experienced payroll professionals. As the payroll function sits within the people and culture team you will also have the opportunity to participate and contribute to broader human resources discussions and activities.

This position is offered on a 12 month fixed term, 0.5 part-time basis, and is classified at Level 4, with a salary from $84,749 FTE per annum + Super. Hours and days are negotiable and flexible.
